Therapeutic Relationships Course is an NCBTMB approved Ethics Course that Includes- Communication, Rapport, Interaction, Conflict Basics, Conflict Resolution, and Problem Solving (6 CEH- Includes Standard V Roles and Boundaries)
The Therapeutic Relationships package consists of the following tools:
- Communication… The Communication segment describes a process for written and verbal communication that enhances the understanding of the reader or listener.
- Rapport… The Rapport Tool provides the essential skills necessary to build and maintain rapport with another person.
- Interaction… The Interaction segment outlines actions that may be taken to take the ambiguity out or roles and responsibilities, be explicit about expectations and implement a systematic process to follow-up with others to establish and maintain rapport.
- Conflict Basics… The Conflict Basics segment outlines basic causes of conflict, preventions to avoid or diminish conflict situations before it happens and describes an intervention process when conflict occurs.
- Conflict Resolution… The Conflict Resolution segment is a detailed explanation and example of the intervention process described in Conflict Basics. It is a process for effectively addressing internal and external conflicts that arise with individuals, groups or teams.
- Problem Solving… The Problem Solving segment outlines a process to develop a solution for most problems encountered in work groups/teams or as an individual.
All courses are NCBTMB Approved for Ethics and include Roles and Boundaries.
