3 Hour Deluxe Training- ½ Hour skype session, t spheres technique training videos , 1 Hour Yoga for Bodyworkers, and 1 Hour Self Care (3 CEH)
Want to learn more about how to use t spheres, prevent injury, and earn CE Credits?
With this training-

• You can learn at home how to use the t spheres in session with videos and have a follow up Skype call with Karina
• You will learn some valuable tools for body alignment and body stabilization through yoga
• You will learn some self care techniques with t spheres
