Level I- Sphere Therapeutix® Functional Bodywork Therapy

Sphere Therapeutix® Bodywork is a Whole-Body Healing System that helps reset the nervous system by decreasing tension, creating vagal regulation, and improving movement.
Sphere Therapeutix® is a bodywork therapy that will help to create space in the body and reduce pain and tension through the use of pressure and traction with a 4″ air filled sphere combined with T Spheres®, deep tissue techniques, nervous system regulation, and movement of lymph.
This revolutionary bodywork therapy gives skills to regulate the nervous system and optimize breathing. Our method also includes a sequence to help stagnated lymph flow. Specific techniques with various sizes of spheres are incorporated into your routine to reduce muscle tension, improve range of motion, and align structure in a unique way.
Sphere Therapeutix® is an 8-hour live hands- on class with an added 4-hour video technique course and includes client take home practices. You will get everything you need to practice these advanced skills.
