Description
Experiential Anatomy -Experience Anatomy. Transform Movement. 12 CE Hour Course
Explore, Feel, Roll. Move, Integrate, Teach
Course Overview
Throughout this online course, you will explore each fascial line in detail. You will learn its anatomy, biomechanics, assessment strategies, common dysfunctions, palpation techniques, manual therapy applications, corrective exercises, integration, and movement retraining principles. By the end of the course, you will have a practical understanding of how the fascial system influences posture, movement, pain, and performance, allowing you to apply these concepts confidently in clinical practice.
This course goes beyond memorizing anatomy—it is designed to help you experience the fascial system from the inside out.
Throughout this vide based course, you will explore each of the major Fascial Lines through a combination of anatomical study, movement analysis, manual therapy principles, and the Sphere Therapeutix® Ball Rolling Method. Before learning how to assess and treat clients, you will first learn to recognize each fascial line within your own body through guided self-exploration and experiential anatomy.
Using strategically placed therapy balls and purposeful movement, you will learn how to “map” each fascial line by sensing areas of tension, restriction, elasticity, and continuity throughout the body. This hands-on approach develops body awareness while deepening your understanding of how the fascial network functions as an integrated system rather than as isolated muscles.
Learning Objectives:
Each fascial line module will include-
- Anatomy and fascial continuity of the line
- Functional biomechanics and movement patterns
- Common postural compensations and dysfunctions
- Palpation landmarks and assessment strategies
- Sphere Therapeutix® ball rolling sequences for self-release and fascial mapping
- Experiential anatomy exercises to help you feel the continuity of each myofascial line
- Sensorimotor awareness and nervous system integration
- Manual therapy applications
- Corrective movement progressions
- Clinical reasoning and treatment planning
Rather than simply identifying muscles on a chart, you will learn to recognize how fascial tension is transmitted throughout the body, how restrictions influence movement, and how restoring glide and adaptability can improve function.
The Sphere Therapeutix® method transforms anatomy from something you memorize into something you can feel, observe, and apply. By combining self-myofascial release, mindful movement, breathing, and experiential anatomy, students develop a deeper appreciation for the body’s interconnected design. This embodied understanding creates a stronger foundation for manual therapy, movement coaching, rehabilitation, and client education.
