  1. Stand with your feet hip width and parallel
  2. Lift the arches of your feet and spread your toes
  3. Engage your quads by lifting your kneecaps
  4. Bring your pelvis to neutral
  5. Align your pelvis over your ankles
  6. Bring your navel toward your spine
  7. Align your chest over your pelvis
  8. Let your shoulders be relaxed and down
  9. Allow your scapulas to slide down your back
  10. Keep your head lifted and in neutral position
  11. Maintain a focused gaze with your eyes relaxed and looking straight forward
  12. Breathe
